Strawberry Keto Fat Bomb Recipe

These strawberries n'cream keto/low carb fat bombs are a perfect creamy, slightly sweet treat. Because they are frozen they also make a delightful, cold, summer treat.

Strawberries N'Cream Keto/Low Carb Fat Bombs


8 oz cream cheese, room temperature

5 tbls salted butter, room temperature

1 tsp liquid stevia

1 1/2 cup fresh or frozen and thawed, strawberries


1.) Puree the strawberries until smooth. There will be about 1 cup of puree.

2.) Beat together the cream cheese and butter until smooth and well mixed together. Make sure they are both at room temp or there will be little chunks.

3.) Mix in the stevia.

4.) Mix in the strawberry puree until well mixed.

5.) Using a cookie scoop, scoop the mixture onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. You can use whatever size scoop you would like. I use a 2 tablespoon cookie scoop but you can use 1 tablspoon or even 1 teaspoon for a more bit sized size.

6.) Put in the freezer for 1-2 hours, depending on the size, until they are completely frozen. Then put into a ziploc bag and store in the freezer. Enjoy!
